CvFlux is a SaaS platform that provides tools for resume creation and job compatibility analysis using Artificial Intelligence.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to provide truthful and accurate information. It is prohibited to use the service to generate false, offensive, or illegal content.

3. Payments & Credits

CvFlux operates through a prepaid credit system. Credits are purchased in one-time packages and never expire.

• Basic Package: 5 credits for $1.00
• Popular Package: 50 credits for $5.00
• Pro Package: 220 credits for $14.00

Credit usage:

• ATS Analysis: 1 credit per analysis
• Optimized CV Creation: 3 credits per document
• Mock Interview: 4 credits per session

4. Limitation of Liability

CvFlux does not guarantee or take responsibility for obtaining interviews or job placements. We are an optimization tool, not a recruitment agency.

We only collect what is necessary: identification data (name, email), professional data (experience, education) to generate your CV, and platform usage data.

2. Use of Information

Your data is used exclusively for:

• Generating your resume and performing ATS analyses.
• Processing payments.

We do not sell your data to third parties or use it to train AI.

3. Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption. We implement technical measures to protect your information against unauthorized access.

4. Your Rights (LGPD)

You have full control over your data. You can request the export or complete deletion of your information at any time through our support.
